These
pages are from Book of Lamentations
which includes etchings of wooden synagogues in Poland destroyed
by the Nazis. The etchings are by Leonid Gorban and the
Hebrew calligraphy is by David Moss. The printing of the
text was done on a hand press at the Officina Bodoni, Verona,
Italy. The handmade paper was produced at the Magnani paper
mill, Pecia, Italy specifically for this edition of 150
signed copies. The edition was produced by Bet Alpha Publications,
Berkeley, CA, 1997.
